Established in 2005, TekMiL is a provider of language and cultural training services. It is an expert organization that aims at long-term partnership with its client companies. Over the past four years we have established a very solid foothold in the Tampere region as the preferred personnel training organization for major public companies and smaller family businesses alike. We always strive to create a tailored model of operation for each client company in order to generate genuine added value in the form of increased personnel competencies and, consequently, to optimally support their success in the global operating environment.

In 2009 we have expanded our operations to the Greater Helsinki Area, where we now have a team of more than 40 skilled and experienced professional language training specialists. In total, TekMiL employs nearly 70 people, and the personnel is continuously increasing. In addition to language and cultural training, we also provide high-quality translation, proofreading and interpretation services.

Our operations rely on three core values. The first of these is customer service. Listening to our clients and jointly creating a tailored training package that optimally suits the client’s needs is the foundation of long-lasting partnerships.

Our second core value is innovation, the Out-of-the-Box mindset. We want to challenge ourselves and our clients to look at things from a new perspective, to shake outdated practices and to lead the way as pioneers in the creation of new service concepts and products.

The third – but not least – valuable asset is our wonderful staff of skilled trainers and other employees, whose exceptional professional competence, flexibility and inventiveness are an excellent calling card reflecting our expertise to the clients. As the Managing Director of TekMiL, I can stand tall and state that we have done a great job in the field of language and culture-based training in a short period of time. However, our visions and aspirations reach far ahead. We bow to no one and decline from unnecessary modesty. We know our strengths, invest strongly in them and openly aim to become the industry leader in Finland.
